Walter B. Hoye II is both President and Founder of

the Issues4life Foundation, the California Civil

Rights Foundation and Founder of the Frederick

Douglass Foundation of California.

God used the premature birth (six months, 2.1

pounds) of his son to teach him that the fetus is a

person, a living, breathing human being.

As a young man Walter played football at Michigan State University where he graduated with a master's degree in sociology in 1980.

In 1983 he graduated from the United States International University, now Alliant

International University, with a master's degree in business administration.

This year we are excited to offer Walter B. Hoye II as our keynote speaker. Walter

travels around the country and the world, full time, to convey a unique pro-life

message only he can share.

He is a widely requested speaker who addresses the "Pro-Life Movement" with special emphasis on the impact of "Abortion in the Black America", "Personhood" and

the "Role of Men Meeting the Physical and Spiritual Needs of Women".Walter strongly believes … "The church must be reminded that it is not the master or the servant of the state, but rather the conscience of the state.
