Finding Your Purpose

Everything in creation has a purpose. The sun and the moon have a purpose. Our oceans, the animals, the trees all serve a purpose. The organs, nerves and cells of your body all serve a defined purpose. What are you doing for the kingdom of God?
If the smallest insect serves a purpose, if the wind, something you can not see has a purpose, surely you child of God, you have a purpose. What are you doing for the kingdom of God? I know what you’re thinking, this isn’t a good time for me, I don’t have a degree, I have no experience. I don’t have the finances, my life is a mess right now. Answer me this, name one person in the bible whom God used with a degree in theology. Name one with a perfect resume, a perfect life, name one that had it together when God called them. The only qualifications the Father is looking for is a willing heart. You see when the Spirit of God is with you and in you; that same power that raised Christ from the grave, you don’t need a Masters or a PhD. You don’t need a six figure bank account. The only letters and numbers you need are G-O-D, He’s number one!
In the kingdom of God there’s only one thing that is needed and that’s Him. It’s only through Him your going to build that ark, through Him your going to set His people free. It is only through Him that the vision for your life will be fulfilled. Please don’t misunderstand what I’m saying, I’m not trying to down those of you who have these things. I applaud your achievements but see it not as self promotion, see it as a divine placement, a platform to spread God’s word. Ask yourself, how can I use this achievement to promote the kingdom of God?
You who are heaven bound, sons and daughters of the Most High are you willing to serve? What are you doing for the kingdom of God?
Jesus walked this earth with a purpose and when He hung on that cross, beaten, bruised and wounded. He who was without sin became sin so that we can live…life…free, the righteousness of God in Christ. With His last breath on that cross Christ declared, “It is finished!” I don’t know about you but when I take my last breath I want to be able to say, “We did it Father, all that you asked me to do, it’s done. My purpose was fulfilled. Thank you for using me!”
What are you doing for the Kingdom of God? What is your purpose?  What gifts do you bring to the king? If you don’t know what it is.. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”Matthew 7:7-12
Writing is the gift that God has given me, I submit myself as His pen. Whatever He places on my heart, I write and share. Every person reading this post has a purpose, every child of God on this earth has a divine purpose.  You know the will of the Father is to see that none perish. Christ came to set those bound by hurt, shame and sin…free.  He laid down His life so that we may have life lived abundantly. He is that life. As believers it is our task to share that life and light to the bound, lost, and broken. Are you willing to lay down your life for them? Will you take up the cross and share  Christ.

My Prayer For You

There is this consistent theme in the bible. Throughout scripture, God uses people to express His love and fulfill His will through. God needs you. I have one favor to ask of you, seek God about His Plan. Ask Him what He would have you to do for His Kingdom. What gifts can you bring to His table.  It is my prayer that  God will reveal your purpose to you.
May God bless you and reveal His heart to you. Amen.
